The place smells.Privacy was not observed, the door where my husband & myself was lying naked on the massage table, the door was left open . I told the staff, only answered '' there's no one else in the place''. Really bad experience

Okay, so I don't really leave reviews but I just couldn't keep this in...If you are looking for an actual massage, I would recommend to NOT go here. I don't know what type of massage they usually provide, but I went for a one hour full body massage and it was the worst massage I have ever had. I feel like the woman providing the service must have been drunk or on something - completely red eyes when I arrived. I prefer a deep massage...I have tons of tension in my shoulders and have lots of knots that need working out. This massage was equal to putting lotion on your body when you get out of the shower - no pressure at all. I had to continually ask for more pressure and all that got me was an elbow on my scapula and down my spine - ouch! The hot stones are too hot to actually be used for massage so she put a wet towel on my back and placed the stones on the towel and then just moved them around - no actual massage with the stones just picked them up and kept moving them from one spot on the towel to another. Usually when you get massage there is a routine that they follow to be sure to massage the whole body...this woman jumped from lightly touching my shoulders back down to my legs, then to my back and then back to my legs...this haphazard routine went on for the entire massage. She simply swiped my arms - no actual massage - did the finger pop on one hand and not the other, same with only doing it on one foot and not the other. All this to say, if you want an actual massage DON'T waste your money here. I accidentally went into the wrong massage place a few doors down and I wish I would have stayed there. If I had gotten out earlier, I probably would have just gone to other place and gotten another massage immediately after. I plan to go there tomorrow since I didn't really get a massage and my shoulder is still bothering me. :/ I feel bad because there were a couple of times during the massage where I wanted to ask if the woman was okay because what she was doing was so out of the ordinary for a massage. I hope the women working here are okay and not being subjected to anything bad. I can't believe I wasted $70 on this.
