Jan (Charlie's salon),Benicia has been doing my hair for more than 20 years once a month ..she does roots highlights cut and styling ..She's always careful meticulous & makes my hair look beautiful. I leave there feeling renewed and refreshed.

I have been going to Charlie's for over 20 years. Jan is the best, totally patient and fun to be around! She doesn't price gouge either. Benicia is a great city to visit. You will not be disappointed.
