This was my first time at Good Nails. It was an excellent experience. Fiona gave excellent service when I initially called. Ten and Tony gave me a beautiful gel pedicure and gel manicure, respectively. My feet felt so new after Ten's spa pedicure! Tony carefully cut around my cuticles so gently and attentively and gave me beautiful new gel nails for the holidays. The shop was clean and inviting with holiday music. I will definitely use Good Nails as my go-to nail shop from now on! Thanks!!

The pedicures are amazing! Tony was so gentle and it really made me feel pampered after a rough couple of days. Fiona did a beautiful job on my nails. They both had great attention to detail and I really appreciated it.

Not sure why I was charged over $50 for a gel manicure and still asked for a tip. Low quality shaping of natural nails. Low to mid quality for art design. Too lazy to go back and fix mistakes. The gems were not properly glued on and had fallen off later that night. When I came in to ask if they could glue the three gems that had fallen off, the two ppl working were busy with customers which I understand. And the communication was difficult as they did not understand I had just gotten them the day before at first, and the guy had said a few times "full set" and the woman working.
