I had just adopted my little guy from Humane Soceity and he was very matted. My regular groomer who I had for many years was unable to work him in because they never called me back so after 3 weeks I gave up waiting. . I called so many groomers and they were not taking new customers, didn’t return my call or did not answer at all. Then I called Creative Clips and left a message and to my surprise returned my call. I told them my story and they were very understanding. I took my little guy and they were so good with him and did such a good job. I was so pleased with atmosphere and friendly people. I now take my little guy and my sweet girl to them every 6 weeks. They truly love the animals and it shows.
