Love this place! I went here a long time ago and I explained to the gentleman what I wanted, but wasn’t clear about what I was trying to say. NOT because he didn’t understand me, but because I wasn’t doing a great job explaining it to him. Instead of just nodding his head and proceed, he said he would have Cindy look after me. That is being customer-oriented! What A LOT of customers fail (badly) to realize is that you may bring in a pic of a hairstyle and demand that cut, but if your hair texture won’t support it, or requires curling, etc, then it is not going to look like what you wanted and then blame the stylist ? Found this place is closer to my place than any other haircut shop in town. The service was great. I loved the cut I received. Unlike some other places in town over by Raleys shopping center, there was no waiting for 20 to 30 minutes, and it's less expensive. Actually, I had no wait at all. And like I said, I was very pleased with the service I received.

Since Covid Year One I've been getting my hair cut here, usually quick as my hair cut is really simple, basically a trim, nothing fancy. I'm giving 3 stars because their pricing is not transparent, sometimes it's been $23, sometimes $25, and I can't figure out why, seems to be up to the whim of the person taking payment. Their sign says "senior women, $23 and up" while regular price is $25. I was charged $25 though I pointed out the senior price and asked why my really simple, no-frills haircut was being charged the regular price. I know it's a small amount/difference but just don't appreciate the lack of clear pricing and not knowing... read full review
