I bring my karate gi here for repair. It's a hard garment to work with but they always figure it out. My wife also brings clothes here for alterations and cleaning. I'm not sure what kind of "service" these one star reviews are looking for. This isn't the Ritz Carlton folks...it's a small town dry cleaner. They do solid work and are nice enough. The customer isn't always right and we all know it. Grow up.

Thank you so much for your help in repairing our Christmas polar bear. Last season the wind pulled out the tethers that allow to be tied down. They were able to repair him and He's now back out front to spread holiday cheer.

I wanted to express our heart felt gratitude to Angela and her husband at Benicia New Generation Cleaners. My son had his letterman's that needed patches and Angela did such a phenomenal job! She even went out of her way to get a difficult patch sewn on. It wasn't just the service of getting the patches sewn on, they treated us like family. I live in Clayton but I work in Benicia so I will bring all of my dry cleaning here from now. They are good people! I would give them infinite stars if I could! You made my son's senior year!
