Autopia Car Wash has received mixed reviews from its customers. Some visitors express disappointment, noting that after selecting high-quality wash packages, their cars still have missed spots, especially on the rims and trunk. The interior cleaning is also criticized for being inadequate, with some areas left dusty or not vacuumed properly. These customers report that they will not return due to the inconsistent service. However, there are positive experiences as well, with one customer highlighting the efficient staff and satisfactory results even with the basic wash package. They appreciated the reasonable pricing and felt the car looked much better after the wash, despite not being completely spotless. There was a minor issue with personal items being accidentally discarded, but the customer acknowledged their responsibility for removing belongings beforehand. Overall, Autopia Car Wash offers varying levels of service, with some customers pleased and others seeking better quality control.
Fast, his service thorough job. Don't expect a detail. You'll get an honest interior cleaning and exterior wash. Single wash is expensive so enroll in the monthly plan..... pays for it self if you wash your car at least 2x/mo. With the plan I go 4-5x/ mo!
Not sure why I keep going here. About 40% of the time after getting a wash I still have to bring the car home and clean the rims and vacuum the car as they always miss the trunk and rims even though you ask them to do them. We go to the other one across the bay and they are spot on all the time. Our Benicia one needs better quality control
I paid for the "best car" wash package and didn't get the best cleaning service. The car had spots and areas externally that were clearly missed by the wash by, and the interior was much the same. The vacuum job was equivalent to jiffy lube and they didn't wipe off dusty foot prints on the back of the passenger side seat. Super disappointed. I went once before a year ago and was not happy then either but didn't want to write them off so gave them another try. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
