Fast, his service thorough job. Don't expect a detail. You'll get an honest interior cleaning and exterior wash. Single wash is expensive so enroll in the monthly plan..... pays for it self if you wash your car at least 2x/mo. With the plan I go 4-5x/ mo!
Not sure why I keep going here. About 40% of the time after getting a wash I still have to bring the car home and clean the rims and vacuum the car as they always miss the trunk and rims even though you ask them to do them. We go to the other one across the bay and they are spot on all the time. Our Benicia one needs better quality control
Don't let them wash your inside windows. 3 times now they use blue rags smearing all inside of windows with something and when you drive in sun you can't see out off your window. I always have to clean my windows afterwards so what's the point of paying for it. They actually make it worse after cleaning. Also they do not secure the floor mats after removing or vacuuming. They are secured for the purpose that they do not slide under pedals and cause problems with operating the vehicle. They sometimes do a great job out side but most of the time they leave parts of your trim on vehicle untreated when ever you pay for the treatment package. You can clearly see that they did apply something, and some spots over application and didn't remove the extra. They generally just do a poor job.
