Active Comfort Fascial Stretch and Massage

If I had the budget and if I lived closer I would see Lito 3 times a month. I live almost an hour away but he is worth the drive. This guy is an absolute pro and I've been getting massages off and on for over 25 years and Lito is my favorite therapist of them all. If you are an athlete let him know because he does some stretches that are absolutely life altering and help with the dreaded DOMS. What a great place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, with Lito striking the perfect balance between relaxation and therapeutic pressure. I cannot recommend Lito enough; if I could give 100 stars, I would.

Lito is incredibly good. He is a former stretcher for the Oakland Raider until they left and was recruited to be a stretcher for the 49ers. His combined decade experience of massage therapy and Fascal Stretch Therapy (FST) is evident when working with him.Highly recommended
