The quality of service was phenomenal. And Daniel from A & S is a very helpful, very efficient, personable man. The service’s I received were astounding. Great job Daniel. I would highly recommend this company!

I am changing my review because of the two technicians that came to my house today. They did a great job and were quick but efficient.I have scheduled two appointments to have my matress cleaned and both time nobody showed up and nobody called me to reschedule. This is two days I waited at my house all day for someone to show up. I can't give feedback on their services because I hage yet to get any and just get forgotten on scheduled appointments like my time has zero value. Not happy with this type of customer service and really bummed that it has now been at least two months since I put in the request and it's probably very unlikely the stains will come out of my matress.

Is there anything higher than 5 stars? I'm always satisfied with the service the A&S Chem-Dry technicians provide, but I must admit that Nicholas is an outstanding technician. You can immediately see that he takes his job seriously; and his attention to detail is incredible. I will ALWAYS call on A&S Chem-Dry for their superior service, and I hope everyone finds out how great they are.Service: General carpet cleaning
