We often bring our cat here when traveling. She loves it and when she comes back she is always happy and relaxed. Staff is friendly and professional. Plus they always send a weekly update with funny messages and photos of the cat. They love cats and you can see it from the moment you step in. Highly recommended.

I was so nervous getting my shy 11 month old kitty proffessionally groomed for the first time because he’s such a little shy boy. When I brought him in, the woman at the front desk was very sweet and you could tell genuinely liked cats. She asked me if there’s anything they should know about him and asked about his allergies or if he had any. The moment they took him in I felt so anxious about how he would do because he’s so shy and I didnt want to traumatize the little guy, but when I picked him up a few hours later, his fur felt so soft and the grooming job looked very nice. We've been boarding our cats Peggy and Pumpkin at the cats inn for years and have always been so happy.
They make scheduling easy, are super friendly and sweet to the pets, provide extra services like grooming and vaccinations and send updates during the stay.
The cats of course prefer to be at home, but as a home away from home, they've never returned too stressed out so I know they felt safe.
