They answer or return my calls promptly, provide honest and accurate information and offer solutions whenever issues arise. Their technicians are knowledgeable and they offer competitive pricing. What I really appreciate about Star is when you work with them they treat you as their most important customer they have, now matter how big a contract you may have.
