This is absolutely untrue. She tried to tell this again and she said there were no notes to that affect on the calendar. I told her she didn't remember to write it down. Wondering if it is time to look elsewhere. Or only book online where apparently we can choose the person. Edit to four stars from one star We finally got the two ladies and a very nice pedicure.“

The nail technician and owner showed nothing but patience, professionalism, and kindness. At no point did they “blame” the customer. The client had chosen regular polish, which naturally takes time to fully dry, but repeatedly pressed on her nails before they were set—causing the dents herself—while insisting she had to leave for work. The staff even went so far as to offer to walk her to her car to prevent smudging them further.

I’ve been coming to Mary for 4 months, and she always spends the extra time to get the shape and finish exactly how I like them. Her work is meticulous, and I leave happy every time.
