The other day I had an issue with a massage that was due to a miscommunication error. These things happen but I called for a refund or credit to come back later to another masseuse. The owner, Jennifer got back to me immediately and rescheduled me for the next day. The masseuse they assigned to me, Wendy did an AMAZING job. Amazing. I had gotten injured and lost mobility from my mid-right side back to my right side hamstring. Wendy was attentive to the problem areas and checked in on me to make sure that the pressure wasn't too light or heavy and didn't waste any time. I had a combo (foot/head and neck massage) here yesterday. While the massage was ok (just ok) I gave 3 stars because I do think attitude is important. Somehow they can't make you feel welcome or appreciative for that matter. I gave a 57% tip and no thank you or a smile. Acted like it's ok-ish maybe. Change the attitude guys! Sourness doesn't bring you more business. Also at least a curtain between people would be more intimate, otherwise is like a train with all the people next to you. I for one, I'm not going back. And for the manager: when you address complains make it happen for real, not just a written text only visible online.

The masssge therapist, Wendy, was amazing. She is STRONG!! That's good to know, if a deep massage is your preference. The front desk staff was friendly and the space was clean. I think it was a great massage for the price!
