To start off this is my first time with electrolysis or anything about hair removal. But Caroline instantly upon meeting her is very informative about the entire procedure before anything happens. She is very friendly and passionate about her job and you can just tell by how she carries herself with confidence.
Now as for the actual experience itself id say the pain is about a 5/10. It's probably weaker than a tattoo and its more like really hot heat. Although I'm a bit of a baby about the pain

Caroline is wonderful! She's very gentle and the process isn't too bad... but it really works! I've seen an enormous reduction in hair and it becomes less frequent with each subsequent session. She's very friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

I am SOOOO happy I found Caroline -- she is a gem in every way!!! I am fair skinned/blonde and not a candidate for laser treatment. And while electrolysis isn't without some discomfort, Carline is particularly skilled and exceptionally gentle compared to other practitioners I've used in the past. What's more, the time flies (and I barely notice the "pain") because her demeanor is so wonderful -- she's a true joy to engage with and I always look forward to our visits! In fact, while I'm elated that my hair issues are almost solved, I'm a bit sad to think of my time with Caroline wrapping up!!! I might have to find another "problem"... read full review
