I hired this company because how friendly they were so they get 2 stars for that.... But maybe its my fault for not getting an exact quote when trying to compare prices.... They told me they have a 100 min. Charge, i said i only have 1 room to be done, they said oh well you can probably get a second done within that price so i decided id get my bedroom and living room done. Then i asked how much the deodorizer was since theres pee stains from my puppy that just got potty trained. He said not that much more and itll probably be covered in my min charge. So they come and start i point out the pee stains. Then they tell me itll be more to clean the 2nd room... Then the deodorizer... read full review

Thank you so much, George! My area rug is beautiful again and it was done quickly and at a very fair price. No trying to up-sell me on other services as so many other rug cleaners do. It was nice that I could just take my rug to him directly, not having to wait around for someone to come and pick it up (although they will pick it up if you wish). I like that my rug has been air dried and not exposed to damaging heaters. It smells nice! I will definitely be back when I need rug cleaning services again.
