I have been doing business with rpb plumbing for 25 years. I have always been pleased with their work. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. The technicians are on time and polite.
The sediment filler casing on our tankless water heater burst overnight causing flooding in the outside patio and partial flooding in the kitchen. I called RPB at 4am, the operator stated someone From the office would be calling me shortly. Within minutes, Donna called to inform me that techs would be in the office by 8:30am. Ritchie was dispatched to my house we couldn’t be happier with his work. Great attitude, friendly answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and what the issue was. He ordered the part, picked it up and installed all within an hours and a half. Will definitely be using RPB plumbing again!
RPB has been taking care of my mom's house it seems like forever! From retired employees to new ones, the great service continues on! I personally have referred them to my friends who have used them for their new AC units and plumbing issues and all have been 100% satisfied. The family owned business is courteous to new and old.
