Thoroughly enjoyed my rejuvenating facial today. My face feels great. Love the atmosphere and ambiance. My deep tissue massage was everything. Great establishment, great people, great service. We will be back.

Beyond terrible service. I purchased via Groupon and called location prior to purchase to see availability and steps to book an appointment.I was told to buy Groupon first then book my appointment. All instructions followed on my end. Hours prior to my appointment I received a call telling me I have to pay full price. Very rude lady called and took no ownership for their employee. They cancelled my meeting and told me to call Groupon for my money. Beyond unprofessional business. Stay away. Reporting this business to the business bureau.

I came here today for massage and facial. I had a Groupon that expired prior to my appointment. When I checked it the receptionist scanned my phone and went to the to the back and then a woman came out and told me they would need to charge me for the services today "since the Groupon was expired. ( Even though on the Groupon it said I had $80 of credit to use toward the total price of the service which was $148) We don't make any money from Groupon". I asked them instead of doing both the facial and massage I'll just do the massage and use the credit for the amount I paid for the Groupon.
