Took my Samsung laptop/tablet from Verizon that had given me the blue screen of death. Geek squad literally told me to throw it away, I saw Everest on fb marketplace and took my laptop in, 2 days later Sam gave it back and it's been working like a charm!! He said worst case scenario I would have to take it to Samsung since these tablets do run on windows but different processing. He worked on it for hours to make sure everything would run smoothly. He was upfront about the cost which was still affordable for a college student like me. 10/10 service and work
I'll give this guy a solid 5 star. He really helped me with my wifes laptop and didn't have to wait or line up on apple store. I really recommend Sam. Such a nice guy. Thanks again man
Prior to calling everest repair. I Called another computer repair place closer to me, but the person who answered didn't sound very friendly and didn't really wanna answer any questions over the phone. When I called everest, I knew Sam was the guy. He was very friendly. Sounded very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions over the phone. My comupter was fixed the following morning and running great. Thanks Sam!
