Highly recommend this place! I love the easy appointment setups with he front desk staff she’s amazing btw & the great massages making me feel brand new! I been to a couple chiropractors and this one is my favorite, always looking forward to going in ?

Breathe Total Balance has been my Go-To wellness center for years, the friendly staff, calm environment and amazing services offered are unparalleled, Their recent move from Bellflower to Long Beach was a great upgrade. The new location is in the center of Long Beach and easy to find. My favorite service is a massage…and I recommend Sharon her aptitude is master level, you must try her healing hands. I love to follow my massage therapy with a Chiropractic Adjustment for that final touch of pure bliss and balance.
