Such an amazing experience! I’ve been coming here for more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The customer service is incredible and the service is always quick. Eunice and Bianca were so sweet and very helpful with any questions I had. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!🦷✨

I called on 2/17 to ask about getting dental work done. Before even verifying my insurance, they were trying to rush me in for x-rays and a consultation.
We scheduled an appointment for 2/25 for a general consultation. During that time, I was trying to confirm whether they truly worked with Aetna. I texted them and received no response. I called, but the office was closed. I finally got in touch with someone on 2/24, and over the phone they told me that 80% of my requested procedure would be covered by insurance.
When I arrived for my appointment, despite already having recent x-rays, they said those were not sufficient and that I needed new ones—which would cost additional money.
At the end of the visit, they informed me that my implant and extraction procedures (wisdom tooth and molars) would cost around $15,000. Instead of insurance covering 80% as I was told, they said insurance would only cover about $1,000 of the total, leaving my family and me responsible for roughly $13,500.
This was completely different from what I was told beforehand. I chose not to proceed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. It felt misleading and very financially driven.

I really enjoy coming to BFDG and I always appreciate Dr Tsibel taking care of me. And his assistant Nancy is amazing and all the other staff! I would highly recommend for you guys to check this place out.!

Please do not go nor refer any family/friends, as this place keeps proving that they are an unprofessional business. All their receptionists (from Lauren to Sabai, to their manager Veronica) in Long Beach / Bellflower location. They will give people the run around saying that the “ortho is not available” Don’t waste your time here! Take your money elsewhere! 0 Stars

0/5 stars. DO NOT COME HERE. I NEVER write bad reviews, but this office is a JOKE. They charged me 2k upfront +$89 per month for the next 12 months , (which I was okay with & I'm traveling to LB instead of Bellflower) My consultation was on 5/21/24 wait time was about 2.5hrs (again i was okay with and understanding) They told me that in 6-8 weeks my Invisalign would come in. After calling multiple times on a weekly basis I finally got them until Sep 5, 2024 (11 weeks later) They told me I would get a new set after a month, and of-course, they're giving me the run around with no appointment confirmed. They tell me they're going to call me back and they don't; so I have to keep calling to get results and they get annoyed because I won't stop calling. I used to have braces with them about 10 years ago and NEVER had ANY ISSUES, so that's why I decided to use their services again, BUT IM REGRETTING IT TO THE FULLEST; especially that i've already paid so much upfront. They have their money, so that's why don't care and are not organized. Very unprofessional!

Go anywhere else but here. Went in to have my wisdom teeth looked at as I was having pain. The dentist came in after an extremely long wait and spent maybe 2 minutes giving me a rushed check up. Briefly talked about my wisdom teeth which was my main focus. After, I was told to talk to some other lady. So pulled me into the room and said I needed about $11k of work. Told me not to worry, because they work with bunch of banks. I left and never went back. Purely business and money focused. They couldn't care less about your health and well being. You are just a $ sign to them. Do your research and find a better place. By far the absolute worst dentist I've been to.

2nd issue with a different crown they did for me. I paid out of pocket for root canal. And crown. The dentist crowned the tooth with bacteria/cavity still there. So instead of paying more $ I'm having the remaining molar extracted. I had this done 4 years ago. Issues for the last year and wish I did not go there! Nothing but problems with the work. I don't even want their opinion all trust is gone. I found a new dentist who I trust.
