We have a rental house in Mission Viejo and we live in Merced. Our tenets were complaining of scratching in our attic. We were referred by a friend of ours to call Nexgen Exterminating and I was really surprised how professional they were. They found out that rats had chewed through wires in the attic. They came out and generated a very detail report. They ended up sealing off the opening the rats were getting in. They found damaged wires and even replaced some damaged insulation too. They showed us pictures of nest sites that had mites in it as well. Needless to say I was so glad they found and fix everything. If you need a pest control company, call these guys.

So I actually didn't need pest control done but that's what I appreciate about this business. They're not out here trying to sell me something that I don't need. I will need them in the future because Orange County = termites and I will definitely call NexGen. Super honest folks... at least Jason Hale is, who consulted with me on site.
