Steve Pinkus is an extraordinary person and businessman. I left him a message last week at the end of the day. I followed with texting him pictures of my roofing dilemma with an extremely aged roof that is beyond repair atop a tall 2-story Victorian home. Replacement cost are prohibitive for my family.
