Very unprofessional receptionist first tried calling to schedule an appointment was hung up on two times, when I finally set the appointment I came in at 2:45 for my scheduled appointment, this isn't my primary clinic but wanted to change and was told need to speak to enrollment said they'd be available at 3:15 not after ten minutes the receptionist comes and says it might be a two hour wait for enrollment and it be better if I reschedule for tomorrow when I told her I'd be willing to wait I took a day off work to be here and she kept dismissing me saying just come tomorrow while smiling and laughing under her breath. Bad place extremely unprofessional, I call to make an appointment I waited 20 minutes then the person who answers says wait a minute than hangs up all the time
What's the whole point of making an appointment if you do not get seen. ?? been here since 8am and it's going to be 11am .
