Be advised, not all workers are able to assist. Came on January 4th, 2026 asking venisa to link my account to a new card as my wallet was stolen. I was told to wait until 3-hours as she couldn't assist me only a Manager could. She was also unable ti answer what will happen if my balance goes over the limit as I normally pre-fill my cards for the month. She continued to refer to wait until next vist or until the time has passed. Day two I came again at 18JAN26 spoke with Eddie who also couldn't help me saying that the manager left home.

I live close by, this laundromat is convenient and chill I love the staff they're friendly and keep the place clean. Great place.

One thing I can say about Alligator Laundry is that are far the best this side of heaven. Their Customer Service is by far the best. The Owners and staff are awesome. I’m disabled and every time that I’ve washed there management and staff made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. Management is loving kind and helpful. I never felt helpless at Alligator Laundry. They’re fast friendly caring and kind, I highly appreciate them. Happy New Year!

I needed to do a last minute wash cause I needed uniforms for work. I just came to pick up my clothes and they’re closed. It 10:24pm. Their hours say they’re open until 11pm. I tried calling them, numbers are disconnected. Probably the worst experience I’ve had. All my work uniforms are now locked inside.

I loved it here, very clean facility, Marisela made us feel soo comfortable she noticed we were newbies, offered so much help how to use the card machine to even helping us find a lost item. I was surprised when we got a 4 dollars bonus for adding 20 on our laundry card!!! Definitely worth it!!!

Alligator Laundromat is always clean, well-kept, and has plenty of working machines. It’s a comfortable place to do laundry, and the staff, especially Maribel, is always friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best laundromats around!

Customer service is 100% in spanish & english . Very attentive to your needs new staff new environment washers clean floors spotless . Cash or debit .0.59 to dry! . Variety of sizes of washers to your convince and the prices affordable . Mini Store inside incase you need extra detergent etc…

First time trying them and I have a missing item and one of my white shirts came back with a red stain around the collar. The stain I can understand, but you’ll be spending more money on replacing the items they lose.
