Chris and RBC were amazing. The issues with ordering from Lowe's were problematic, however, RBC being their installation crew saved the day. All ran smoothly once RBC stepped in. They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. I felt like they had our backs in looking for any imperfections. They were like family working at our home for several days. The crew left a large mess in my patio and kitchen and did not clean out new cabinetry. They charged for a demolition and then had to come back because they didn't do what they were supposed to. Lost parts to my appliances and then didn't reinstall anything. After telling the company I was not happy there seemed to be no concern or consideration to make it right. I still don't have operating appliances because they lost parts and don't seem to intend to come back at this time. I wouldn't recommend this company.
