When things break here, it takes weeks for the ownership to fix it. This water fountain has been broken for over two weeks. When asking employees about when it will be repaired, it seems pretty clear that it is not a priority for the company( as it is unknown when it will be repaired
This is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever experienced. Management and staff are very courteous and professional. They pay attention to details which is an essential factor in their recipe for success.
I have been Planet Fitness Clubs in Alhambra, Orange County and Beaumont. Compared to the others, Beaumont is Ghetto. I have been there several times around 9 pm. I found in the free weight area people throw their bags in the floor, even though the posted rules say not to do that. Water spilled on the floor. Three person using a bench and one giving instruction with four sets of dumbbells strewn on the floor causing a trip hazard. Staff just ignores these issues. At other clubs, this is not ignored.
