“Even the day before the holiday, Carissa had the most patience with a customer who struggled with language. She was so patient and tried so hard and I'm so impressed with how knowledgeable and professional she was today. We came in months ago and I or my daughter glasses and she made my daughter feel so so comfortable with picking out glasses. The staff when you walk in are sweet and greet you right away. They are also patient but I couldn't catch the name tag. Lastly, the doctor was so knowledgeable and gave me great options for my concerns she really listens.
