So a little context, for the past lets say about 3 weeks I had dropped my phone on some concrete and the charging port no longer seems to respond to my cable. The only was I could get it to work was by tilting my phone and leaving it at a angle so that the wire would be constantly forced into the only position it seemed to charge.
Well turns out it was just dirt clogging the charging port and Steve cleaned it out and in 5 Minutes the issue was resolved. Nothing was charged to me due to the nature of the issue and I think that was a good indication of their ethics.
Definitely coming back here to have any of my personal electronics... read full review

EXCEPTIONAL service! I came in hopeless because my phone was totally broken (see picture attached below). I was reassured it could be fixed and sure enough, my phone is 100% working now. Thank you Fixology! They are genuinely kind hearted and helpful. ??

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mr. Steve, a true expert in his field, who took the time to meticulously diagnose the issue with my son's phone that was unable to charge. He skillfully ran a series of tests to determine if the charging port needed to be replaced, and although the charging port and motherboard were damaged beyond repair, his unwavering commitment to transparency and honesty shone through as he refused to charge me for a repair that would not yield the desired results.
