Went in asking for a root bleach job, came out disappointed. Alma bleached my roots twice and decided to tone my hair while washing it. After drying, the remainder of my hair was a completely different color than my roots. My roots were extremely yellow (which is understanding, since my hair was dark), but she didn't want to attempt to fix it due to fear of damaging my scalp. There's multiple spots that weren't bleached on the back of my scalp as well. Lesson learned jess.

just got my hair cut there and Alma did a great job. The attention to detail made it far better then a typical 30$ supercuts haircut. and it is a lot cheaper. Nice spot, clean, and cool. Definitely will be going back!!
