I can't speak to the quality of craftsmanship/install but I've only heard great things, but I can attest that they have terrible communication skills. I've called the main office number at least four times a day for the past week and have only been able to speak with someone 3 separate occasions. The owner is semi-responsive via text message and will send a quick response once every 1 to 2 days without any real information. I drove 30 minutes to their shop because I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone during business hours only to find they went to lunch at a time not listed on their voicemail. We had our kitchen counter replaced with quartz. They were able to order the counter color we wanted. They did a really good job with the replacement, leveling it, and cleanup. They were very polite throughout. Thank you for a great job well done.
