The first time Colin came out he resolved all of network problems in short order. The 2nd visit we asked him to sort out our Microsoft Outlook, exchange, 360 etc. across all of our computers. He's easy to work with, great communications, knowledgeable, timely and someone you can count on to get the job done right.
