The Waterfall Guy is a reliable and professional business that creates beautiful outdoor water features. They transform yards into peaceful retreats with their attention to detail and efficient work. Ben, the owner, is highly knowledgeable and communicative, delivering 5-star results that exceed expectations. His team is also very professional and clean, making the experience effortless and enjoyable for customers.
I had a pond that we had built 25 years ago and it was in need of some serious repairs and maintenance. I contacted Ben “The Waterfall Guy” and set up an appointment to determine the best course of action. Ben came to our house and suggested we start over, new waterfall design, remove all the rocks and liner, make necessary changes to drainage, creek depth, and modernize the pump and filter systems.
On the day he promised Ben showed up with his Foreman Scott and crew members John and Shane.

Ben came out on short notice to troubleshoot a pump issue on a fountain. Without going into detail, the need was immediate. He is knowledgeable, personable and had it resolved quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and you’ve got to see his great truck! Very talented at outdoor waterfall and pond installation, you may have seen his awesome work at Sequioa Park Zoo in the bear habitat!
Ben, Scott, and Jon arrived on time and immediately brought in their equipment and supplies and got right to work! Scheduling the appointment to drain and pressure wash pond was easy via email, with appointment scheduled the following week.
Pond water was pumped into a holding tank (LARGE wading pool) and fish were carefully netted and released into their temporary home. After hand-picking gobs of algae, the pond was pressure washed to a pristine state. Water was recycled back to pond, and fish were returned to a CLEAN pond.
