“My sunroom roof was damaged during the extended snow a couple of years ago. Water was pouring in. A local roofing company did two expensive repairs to it, neither of which fixed the problem. Due to the ineffective repairs and subsequent worsening damage, I ultimately wound up with a rotten roof that was about to cave in. I knew I had to get it fixed before this next winter. I discovered that Northcoast Awning installs sunrooms, and so I called, hoping they do repairs too.

Nick came right out and gave a fair estimate. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and promised to get me scheduled in before the rainy season.

My entire sunroom was having issues, and when Nick and crew came, the scope of the original job expanded to include a door repair and more. They even came back to put new weather stripping around the sunroom doors.

Throughout, the whole team have been kind and professional, tidy, and thorough.The new roof has made the inside of the sunroom look better too. They also did most of the prep work moving things out of the way and carefully putting it all back, which I appreciated.

“We hired Eric and crew to build a fence around our garden (over 100'). We had an idea of how we wanted it to look but sometimes it’s hard to convey your vision to those doing the work. Eric came by to look at the project and asked all the right questions. He also made a few great suggestions that we hadn’t considered. The fence is one of the first things you see as you come down our driveway so we wanted it to be nice. In the end the fence came out beautifully, better than we had hoped! And we haven’t had a deer in the garden since.We also hired Eric to rebuild a section of fence (not the garden fence thankfully) destroyed by a giant branch that fell out of a very large redwood tree. Eric rebuilt it to match the garden fence and it looks fantastic!We definitely plan on hiring him again to help design and build a new deck on our house. He also had some great ideas about that which we hadn’t thought of.100% would hire again!“

Our job was fit in sooner than I expected. The crew was on time, worked hard and did a really thorough clean up at the end of each day. My questions on site were answered and the crew members checked in when we were outside to be sure we were satisfied. They were all super courteous and careful with our property, moving things out of harms way, covering and protecting, and every last scrap was cleaned up.
