“We need a new roof, and contacted 4 companies, two local and two out of town, to get quotes from. Sky Roofing was one of the two local companies we contacted. The lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions when we first called to ask for a quote, and when we called back to ask more questions, she quickly answered them. She was able to answer 95% of them in fact, and she reached out to other team members to get answers for us if she didn't know. Red Sky broke down the quote for us when we asked. We wanted to see what services were provided and exactly what products were going to be used. That was helpful when comparing between companies, and we appreciated how easy they made the experience. They also offer a 25 year workmanship warranty that included labor and materials which helps ease the mind. We are looking forward to our new roof!<br><br>UPDATE:<br>We have been pleased from start to finish. It took two days to get the job done. They put in long hours and work hard the entire time they were there. Day one they showed up with a large crew to tear off and do repairs. The crew showed up in a good mood and ready to work a little before 7am. They covered the ground around the house in plastic and jumped right into it. There was a lot of conversation and everyone worked well together, which to me is a good sign. It shows like like what they do and where they work. There was a lot of work to do, but they were able to et it done and start the shingles that day. The next day they were back at 7am to finish the job. I was able to get answers to questions I had quickly and they addressed any concerns I had. I asked for them to ne extra careful around the l bird nests we have when replacing sheathing, since they are currently laying and sitting on eggs. The did just that and none of the birds or nests were disturbed or damaged. They did a good job of cleaning up, but missed the foutain. It was full of grit, and roofing trash. I emailed that night after hours when I noticed it. The forman came out first thing the next morning at 7am with a small crew and made sure the fountain was fully cleaned. They also did a second walk around the house to pick up anything they may have missed the day before.<br><br>We worked with Colin, and he has been wonderful each step of the way. Him and his crew are hard working, have great communication, and show that they care about their work. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company!”
