As many other reviewers have expressed, Luis was very responsive and professional. The level of professionalism and transparency is unmatched. Luis was able to quickly identify the issue with our heating and cooling system with transparent (short term and long term) recommendations based on our current needs and budget. Twin Flames is our new preferred go to for HVAC maintenance and issues. Highly recommend.
Luiz was quick to respond my initial request. He came on a Sunday assessed the situation and got the parts needed for the next day. Very positive experience and would use them again.
I dont write many yelp reviews except when something exceptional happens. Luis recently replaced our furnace and AC with a new heat pump and furnace setup. His price was more than reasonable. Other companies had quoted 30-40% more. We were done in 2-3 days total and throughout the process Luis was really fair and communicative. There were a couple of curveballs along the way, but Luis worked with me as a team. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. It is really tough to find honest and reasonably priced folks these days, and Luis is one of them!
