I ordered flowers through From You Flowers and they contracted this business to make and deliver the flower bouquet. The flowers I ordered and the flowers that were delivered were nothing alike. I guarantee the florist did NOT put together a $70 arrangement. I reached out to both the company I ordered through as well as this florist. I was unable to speak to a person and the recording instructed me to send a text, so I did (along with pictures). It has been 5 days and I have not heard anything from the florist. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this florist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a plant for Valentine's Day weeks in advance to be delivered, True Blooms Florist not only failed to deliver that plant, they refuse to answer their phone. I have been trying to communicate with them for the past 48 hours. True Blooms has taken my money and has not delivered my plants. This company is a scam, buyers beware they will take your money and not deliver your plant or flowers. They will also refuse to speak with you as all of their calls go to voicemail, and they refuse to answer their phone. True Blooms I need a refund immediately.UPDATE 1:10:34AM I receive a call back saying they were "too busy" on Valentine's Day to drop off my order (that was specifically ordered a week in advance to deliver ON Valentine's Day) and that it would be delivered today. It was. However, I ordered two plants and only received one, which is not the plant I ordered and a substitution (they made it aware if they ran out of stock they would substitute but I have no idea what plant this is nor why I ordered a week and advance and they still ran out). I also ordered a large teddy bear and it is an extra small teddy bear. This entire order has been a scam. I will be calling them back again to find the whereabouts of the 2nd plant I ordered and for a refund for the plant + teddy bear. Regardless of their response this will be my last time using this florist.UPDATE 2:Chelsea or whatever that managers name is, is extremely unprofessional. She has has DRIVERS number linked to the business account and they never answer the phone. Not only did the driver claim he had no idea how to contact her or which orders were what, he or Chelsea proceeded to block my phone number. They have not refunded me for the missing plant nor the teddy bear. I will now be escalating this to my card company as I've been scammed and it's beyond unacceptable for a business to block your phone number. Chelsea will be receiving a phone call every single day until there's an answer. Chelsea will receive voicemails of carrying frustrated tones until she answers. Chelsea will have to fight this chargeback repeatedly if she does not answer. BUYERS BEWARE THIS BUSINESS IS A S C A M YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER FROM THE PICTURES, IF ANYTHING AT ALL!! There is simply no physical location to go to (for good reason I'm sure this is not their first time scamming) there is no phone number except a mobile number that will block you. I suspect many of the reviews on this Google site are fake because the yelp reviews are honest and shownZERO stars for this shady establishment. Please go to ANY other florist DO NOT SUPPORT/BUY FROM TRUE BLOOMS FLORIST!! I used them the same time last year and they were still late but at least I got the correct order. This year everything is wrong except the box of chocolates. The delivery drivers seem fine but the manager here has no idea what they are doing if they are running out of stock, not delivered pre-orders, and incorrectly shipping out packages. So glad this wasn't a funeral or it would have been horrible.

I order flowers online. They came from this spot. It's like a bad episode of nailed it. I ordered a beautiful, elegant orchid arrangement. They sent something that looked like they dragged it behind the car on the way to deliver it, and honestly, they must have been high when they put it together; I mean, come on! They should be ashamed of themselves.
