Your response makes no sense. 1) the strip on my shower was siliconed to the bottom and a cleaner ripped it away and I had to re-silicone it. So you are wrong. 2) so you forgot to reply, I could have worked with that. I was surprised that you did not show up cause you did not contact me. I was not upset, just confused and you excuses did not make sense. 3) you canceled my service because you made a mistake and did not explain well. So not sure what your point is and I am just letting others know how you treated this customer. Thanks.

This is a family-owned business. They are thorough. I’m very pleased with the result. My house is wall-to-wall clean and smells so fresh.. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I asked them to leave some business cards.

I have been using Oceanview Cleaning Services for several years now at my preschool every week. I cannot say enough great things about their professionalism and reliability and communication skills. I have been very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!
