I've been to this Animal Clinic several times with my cats. I haven't had any problems with them at all.
Edit 11/20/25 In my opinion, ISA is the best animal clinic to take my pets. Their prices for services are very reasonable: much lower that anywhere else I've gone. Dr. Bobbli really cares about my babies and usually follows up with a phone call to make sure whichever cat I took to see him is doing well with the treatment. I won't go to any other vet unless I absolutely have to.

First of all it’s reasonably easy to get a same day appointment for your family pet.
Second, their euthanasia fees are the lowest that I have found in the high desert. I had to put my sister’s 16 year old Labrador down. She was about 75lbs and they only charged $125 where most other veterinary offices are charging upwards of $300 or more for the same service.
Their vaccination prices are very reasonable. I was also able to “chip” my two dogs for $30 each. (Not including the yearly maintenance fee that you have to arrange separately through whatever “chip tracking” service that you decide to use?
My only concern is that I have an older “rescue” dog that I have had for 10 years. When she came to my family she was already full grown. I always wondered how old she was? I have heard that veterinarians can tell a dog’s age by looking at their teeth?
I asked the veterinarian if he could tell me her age? He took a quick look and said “She’s 5 years old”. At that point I knew he was dead wrong because I had already had her for 8 years plus she was at least 3 or 4 when I got her, so she was definitely at least 10 or 12 at that time. She had gray hairs in her muzzle. I was trying gage her age because I knew she was nearing the close of her life and I wanted her to get the most out of what time she had left.
Overall ISA provides a great service, at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and professional and the clinic itself is very clean and well maintained.

Isa is the best place in Barstow to take your pets. The veterinarian Dr. Naveen and his staff are amazing with our furbabies. Very knowledgeable and helps in times of trouble when you need your furbabies to be seen right away. So glad we went there and have continued to go there. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Bobbil and his incredible staff. After six years of traveling across four states with my senior cat, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Bobbil is the best veterinarian we’ve ever had.
He treated my cat with such compassion, patience, and professionalism that I was genuinely moved. He didn’t just go through the motions, he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, showed me exactly what he was doing, and most importantly, he listened. That level of care and attentiveness is so rare, and it meant the world to me.
His staff was just as wonderful- helpful, understanding, accommodating, and kind. They made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. Their pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering the level of care we received.
Dr. Bobbil is a true gem in the veterinary world, and I am beyond grateful for the care he gave to my beloved cat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
