Highly recommend. This isn’t the first time they’ve come out to fix or install something for me. Each time has been a great experience I just didn’t think to write a review. They get a five star from me for each time they have come out. They always take the time to do it right and educate me in the process.
Today they came to check why my swamp cooler was acting like a waterfall. Once here they took the extra time to perform maintenance and make sure my unit was clean and fully functional. They did not expect to be here so long but they stayed until it was done and everything was right. We are so happy and cool now. Thank you.
Bob and his crew are trustworthy and reliable. They do great work at fair prices. Bob has been in the heating and cooling business for many years.He stands behind his work. Easy to work with and knowledgeable. He also has the best excelsior pads in the area.
Loved my experience with this company. Was quoted a very high price for a heater replacement part by another company in town and when I asked them to work with me because I couldn’t pay it all up front, they told me no. It forced me to get quotes from other places. So glad I did. Bob quoted me almost half the price of what they did. And because his price was lower I didn’t even have to ask him to work with me on making payments. I was able to pay the same day. He came out the same day that I called and my service was completed two days later (he had to order a part). I’m happy to say I have a warm house tonight.
