“Dear DR GREENHOUSE- Let the following message serve as my FORMAL AND PUBLIC APOLOGY . The moment I hit the "post" button on my undeserved and insulting review I submitted about you Thursday 7/11/24 I had a knot in my stomach because I knew what I had done was WRONG. I did everything in my power to have it removed thru yelp but to no avail. That is why I must resort to addressing you in this way - I apologize for that , but I wanted the people at large to know I was wrong and how sorry I am for my actions . I didn't learn too much from my parents but one thing both my parents were adamant about as I was approaching adulthood , was that under NO CIRCUMSTANCE do you ever judge or insult a woman based on her appearance . I did thst blatantly to you in my last post and for that I apologize , The ironic thing is , all the anger and rage I expressed in my initial post - wasn't even directed at YOU . To be honest I'm upset and angry at myself for ending up in my current predicament. I guess what happened was , I had the forum and the flood gates of hell opened up inside . You are truly undeserving of the words I used and how I addressed you in that review. I'm going to end it here , I feel as if a weight has been lifted and I'm glad to know that deep within my blackened heart I still have conscience in there somewhere - heck I thought it got killed off with my ability to feel and have emotion! Who knew? Oh, and I guarantee you our paths will never cross again , so no need to worry about things being awkward- But not because I feel the office is not capable and competent - because I'm embarrassed and ashamed to show my face there again . I know I was wrong - I own that..... but it doesn't mean I have to walk into the "lions den" , I may be stupid , but I'm no IDIOT. Take care Dr Greenhouse and thank you for reading this post“

“The care is always wonderful. The price of vaccines and med proces are not. Its like anything in health care wether its people or animals. Upcharge meds when you know most people wont or cant say no cause we love our pets. So making a profit on shots and meds; charging x2 or x3 the amount that it costs the vet to get it is disgusting. We want to care for our furry children and the industry sees a chance for a huge profit and doesnt flinch. Its not just my vet. Its all vets. I can get a vaccine for $5 to $20 at a clinic, but go to my trusted vet and its $50. Rant over.“
