Oak Valley Animal Hospital

Oak Valley Animal Hospital is a highly regarded animal care facility known for its compassionate staff and excellent veterinary services. Clients praise the hospital's caring approach, with one describing it as the "best animal hospital" they've ever visited. The staff promptly addressed a life-threatening emergency situation, successfully treating a client's pet and earning their trust. While the hospital is praised for its medical care, some clients have expressed frustration with long wait times and difficulty reaching the front office, suggesting a need for more administrative support. The office staff, including Dr. Troxel, are noted for being kind and patient with pets and their owners.

The hospital's staff, including Dr. Sandhu, have been described as concerned, kind, and gracious in their work, going above and beyond in the healthcare of their patients. Clients appreciate the hospital's honesty and compassion, rather than just focusing on compensation. The staff, particularly Briana, are professional and patient, and have assisted clients with the best payment plans. The care and support provided during difficult times, such as pet loss, are also highly valued. The peaceful room where clients can say goodbye to their beloved companions is described as having a calming atmosphere, with bird sounds, quotes, and a thoughtful sign about Hershey kisses. The staff are commended for their kindness and for making this difficult time special for the families.

Recent reviews highlight that the care at Oak Valley Animal Hospital is always wonderful, though some clients express concerns about the prices of vaccines and medications. They feel that the industry often upcharges for meds and shots, charging significantly more than at other clinics, which they find upsetting. Despite this, clients remain pleased with the overall service and trust the veterinarians. One owner shared a positive experience with their new-born Frenchie, Micah, who was checked out for possible pneumonia. The veterinarian's honest and straightforward approach, charging only for the office visit and not unnecessary tests or antibiotics, made the owner very happy. They appreciate the staff’s professionalism and kindness, and many recommend Oak Valley Animal Hospital to others for their pet care needs.
