The owner is pretty special...I love the clothes and shoes... everything comes to me in California and is always a secure pretty pkg. I'm happy with the pricing and quality, but mostly the great customer service and friendly people.

Cannot recommend enough! I stopped by The Ladies Room recently to look for a suit coat/blazer for an upcoming interview. Katie had on a beautiful blue blazer. I asked if these were carried in the store. She said yes and went in the back to check if there were any additional in my size. Sadly, there weren’t ?. I thanked her for checking and was just about to walk out the door when she did the kindest thing. She let me borrow hers! I was speechless and incredibly touched.
