First time dropping off my dog for boarding/daycare, and it was a great experience. The staff took care of my fur baby as if she were their own. I loved receiving daily updates and pictures, and she came home happy. The staff was warm and welcoming, which really eased our anxiety at drop-off. They were also available by text if needed. Highly recommend!

Took my fur baby for the first time . I could not have been more pleased with the care . It was so awesome to get updates daily gave me a peace of mind . Highly recommend if you need a place to board your animal . Will definitely be utilizing them again in the future

We have been taking our dogs to Renaissance Pet Resort and Spa for about 15 years. I would never go anywhere else. When we drop off our dogs, they can’t wait to go in. They are just like family. We travel 3-4 times a year for 10-12 days each time, plus a couple 3 day stays. We travel with no worries. No quilt. Before Renaissance we always worried. Now, we know the girls are happy and cared for by a team the loving and caring professionals. No matter where in the world we travel, we check the photos every night and see what they did that day.
