Disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality of the microblading job I obtained. The pigment did not take and shape of my eyebrows was not what I have come to expect based on previous microblading experience. I gave an extra star as the owner is lovely, but cannot in good faith recommend this place.

Extremely unprofessional. I contacted Alicia for a microdermabrasion appointment and she explained she didn't have availability for 3 months.. after making the appointment I followed up a week before to confirm my appointment which was a hassle in itself. Today i walked in at my appointment time and she was not here. She had "left early" and can not process a refund. The communication and service has been terrible and I will not be returning here. Ever.
