I used to go here had a great doctor she no longer works there .I recently started going there again I've had a horrible experience with a new doctor I've been taking meds for diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure and others for the last 7 years. I've tried to get refills and she never responds. I tried talking to the front desk women there and was treated horrible. I will never go back

This dump is so backed up the Appointment they made for me is in 4 months ! THEN, they recommend a video Appointment which I did and the doctor ( J. LOPEZ ) never even answered the video call ! Worst scheduling and service ever. Go anywhere but here !

I had the worst experience ever at Banning Clinic at the hands of Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Jack. She walked into the room and loudly stated, "Herpes, I should have known." I don't have and have never had herpes and if she had looked at my chart she would have known I was there for arthritis pain in both my knees and medication refills. She then began to tell me about how I looked and what I should do to fix myself up and look better. She proceeded to berate me and tell me I was "no spring chicken." I told her neither was she. I had just come from work and I work with the mentally ill. I was wearing black pants, black shirt and had my hair pulled back, I asked her if she gave out her fashion advice to everyone? She stated she did if she thought they needed it. I got up and walked out. Upon leaving, they gave me paperwork for blood tests and my medical file only it was for another patient. I had this person's name, address, phone number, where and what type of blood work he was going in for, as well as his partial social security number. I returned the paperwork to the clinic the next day. They were in total violation of HEPA Law and I reported them and Sharon Jack. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS CLINIC!
