Hana was my nail technician, and she was very communicative from the start, from letting me know what the price quote was, to the colors she was using, to the number of layers she was adding. I showed her a reference picture of a white swirl nail design, and she immediately knew what to do. Whether it be shaping my nails or playing around with the reference photo I showed, Hana was an astounding professional-- I mean look at the end result!!
