Sorry Rin M, to see to go through difficult time about being charged two times on your card. We was notified by our credit machine that it was only charge one time. Just bring your bank statement and show us than we will refund to you but you never bring us the bank statements. It just the company policy.

Excellent overall experience. Friendly and clean environment. They took their time on both pedi and mani. Great price as well. I was iffy about coming here because of previous reviews but I have no complaints. My mother and I will definately be back.
