The people who work in the labs are meant and the order they follow to see the patients doesn't make any sense. They made us wake over 30 min to take a blood test because we had to do the urine too but people who had to do just the blood work on screen said 30+ min when they were finishing if checking in were called. I asked about it the answer was they were base on the severity of the patient meaning if you are fine you have wait. When I saw some staff that could be taking care of patient in their phones. Like come on I know we all check our phones at work but that's the quality from this famous hospital.

I was recently seen at Kaiser Permanente in Baldwin Park in the nuclear medicine department. Van Ngo was knowledgeable, patient and explained the procedure clearly. Mr. Ngo was kind and pleasant making the procedure less stressful.

We waited in ER for 4 hours my daughter was feeling stabbing pains for 4hours, every time I went to window they said she's next and called in other families. They didn't call in order of urgency or in order of arrival, when they weren't rooming people they were just laughing and joking behind the glass window, smh. Don't bring family here if you care about them, because Kaiser in Baldwin Park doesn't care if your children suffer

Care quality has gone through the floor awful! Both lab results and X-rays were done and still waited over 4 hrs just to get sent home.

I just got Kaiser through my work insurance and I love it so far! Let's not jinx it! I got an injury (again won't share what. haha) and was taken to Urgent Care at Kaiser in BP a few days ago. This past Monday I went back to Kaiser to see my PCP, who then ordered blood work and X-ray for my injury. I was then placed off of work for 1 week and yes I am being pampered and taking care of by someone (not sharing details neither. lol. As if you care). This is an all 1 stop shop from Urgent Care to Labs to X-ray, to Medical Doctors, to Pharmacy, to ER to infinity and beyond. I've always wanted to give birth at Kaiser, but couldn't before. Maybe now is the time. haha! The plus side they even had Starbucks there! The bad side: The parking! OMFG! They had huge and specious parking structures, but compare to the number of staff and visitors...you can expect chaos at a certain peak hours! Also, people will not be polite to let you pass. I mean, I get it. It's a hospital, everyone has his/her own urgencies. Funny story: My phlebotomist, her name was Shelly (I think. haha). She told me that my vein was extremely tiny and it rolled, which made it difficult to draw blood. She had to redo a few times, and let me tell you, I hate needles! She was actually pretty good though, I didn't feel that much pain. I looked extremely uncomfortable and she kept asking me if I was okay. In my head I was thinking "omg stop asking me". lol Anyway, when she finished. I told her thank you and that I wouldn't do what she did even for a million bucks, I would rather be homeless as her work takes mental strength, patience, and disciplined. She laughed so hard. Thank you!

Oh help me, please doctor, I'm damaged There's a pain where there once was a heart... Kaiser has been with my growing family. From our first born to our youngest bundle of joy. 6/5 The Labor and Delivery Department is by far one of the best! The staff is amazing! They've made each delivery go as smoothly as can be expected. My wife and I are very grateful for the entire staff. You get to press the button once your newborn baby has arrived and it plays in the main hospital building for all to hear just like the Best Way to Spread Baby Cheer, is Singing Loud for All to Hear (thanks Elf). 3.5/5 Pediatrics the Doctors and nurses are wonderful with kids. That's the best part of the department are the nurses and Dr G. Unfortunately, sometimes it's just getting to them from the appointment line that takes forever. We came 15-20 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour. They do have after hours Urgent care which is great way for your little one to stay away from the general public and get care from the nurses and doctors who seem them on a regular basis. 1.5/5 Parking is difficult at this place. Whether you going in for an appointment or having a baby it's hard to find find a spot. In coming at night and early mornings for labor and delivery there never seems to be an expectant mother's spot. I constantly see people who aren't expecting park in these spots. I wish they would place cones on those spots to keep them available for those in need. 5/5 oncology department helped both my parents during their treatments and surgery. The nurses and doctors were great and answered any questions we had (we had a lot). Overall care is great from the nurses to the doctors. Thank you Kaiser!

Had an overall wonderful experience at the Baldwin Park Urgent Care center on May 11th, 2024. Originally I went to the emergency room where the RN, Kien was so kind and patient with my needs. However, I ended up going to Urgent Care which was best for my diagnosis. When being examined by the LVN, Zaina I was so pleased and appreciated how professional she was. Her compassion, consideration, and efficiency was such a positive reinforcement in healing my body which was in excruciating pain. The way nurse Zaina conducted herself was a true blessing and I truly am grateful I was able to have her as my nurse. In addition, I'd also like to recognize NP, Fatma Hacioglu for her knowledge and compassion concerning my severe ailment. All medical professionals on May 11th, 2024 were wonderful and I want to thank each and every one of you for your kindness in taking care of me.

Dr Murphy took a more than a dam hour just for a school note when it wasn't busy. The nurse that came out try to assert herself and gave a bad attitude even though we sat through the whole Toy Story movie because they couldn't manage to do one signature in a paper. And they're supposed to help people

Worst Visit Yet! I had an appointment for 11:30am and was told my doctor was running late 30-45 min. After waiting more than 2 HRS...I was told that their system had some "glitches" and my prescribed medications were deleted from the system!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They just kept saying sorry instead of fixing the problem or explaining what else could be missing from my records. Then, the nurse tells me I can refill my prescription, but not by mail. Inconvenient She PROMISED me it would take no more than 30 minutes or to come and get her and she would handle it. I waited 40 minutes, my name never showed up on the board and the nurse didn't do anything about it when I told her. In fact, all the nurses in that department of neurology were giggling about my situation. I almost snapped!!They are so lucky I am not rude and I was very patient. I miss the nurses they had 5-10 years ago. I am seriously considering switching providers, but will definitely be looking for a different specialist. I used to recommend this department, but not anymore!
