Very nice staff but shady with pricing. Took someone to get her nails done, pedi and manicure. On the wall they have their pricing but as I waited for my person to get done, they kept asking her questions like do you want this or that, my person not knowing English of course said “ok”and I thought upon hearing , that it was included in wall pricing, and they never bothered to let us know it would be extra. To my surprise, they added everything including a thing called “coding”???? “Really?!”, Then, the bill came in at almost more than twice what we thought it would cost! ?. Horrible job. Nail tech would not listen to my requests, instead made excuses and proceeded to ignore what I said. She left excess glue under the nails and when asked to fix it, she cut me under the nail. Overall, communication is non-existent and dismissive while the nail work itself is amateurish and unskilled, definitely not worth the amount I paid.

Very friendly staff but man are they sneaky with pricing. They have a wall with pricing and as I left my person to get her nails done to sit, I could hear them asking her if she wants this and that. Ok my person does not speak English and as they asked , all she answered was “Ok” thinking that it was included in pricing according to wall pricing. I also thought it was included.
